2 Add up to three family members and share your minutes for $14.99 per line per month. All family members share their minutes with other phones on the same CDMA National Talking Plans and will be billed on the same invoice.
15 Day Customer Satisfaction Refund/Exchange Policy:
If within 15 days of purchase, you become dissatisfied with your phone, you may exchange the phone once. All phone exchanges will be valued at equal or lesser value of the original purchased phone. Should you decide to purchase a higher valued phone you will be responsible for any difference in cost. At the discretion of Brazos Cellular, replacement phones may be used or refurbished.
To receive a refund or exchange, the phone must be in like-new condition with no visible damage. No refund will be made if the merchandise is not received in new condition. In order to make the exchange, all original packaging must be returned which includes: the box, battery, any cables, chargers, ear buds and manuals. All refunds or exchanges must accompany the original customer receipt and be returned the store where purchased. Any refunds will appear as a credit on your Brazos Cellular bill. No refunds or exchanges are available on accessories.
Due to FCC requirements that all wireless carriers convert their handsets to GPS capability, Brazos Cellular will no longer activate non GPS phones on our network. If you upgrade your non GPS capable phone to a new GPS capable phone and then return it during the 15 day period, Brazos Cellular will not be able to allow the older non GPS phone back on our network. Brazos Cellular will allow you to exchange your new phone for another GPS capable handset that meets your needs.
